A very productive variety of fibrous (asparagus) flat string beans.
Plants are powerful, up to 4 m high, need support. The length of the pod reaches 21 cm.

There is a national dish in Moldova, “Paster” - a salad made from young green beans.
Ingredients:
Green beans - 1 kg
Onions (large) - 3 pcs.
Garlic - 6 cloves.
Butter - 200 g
Vegetable oil
Breadcrumbs.
Preparation:
Wash the beans, remove the stems and cut in half.
Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and add beans.
Boil for about 10 minutes, depending on the beans.
Place in a colander and let drain well.
Cut the onion into cubes and fry in olive oil along with 2 cloves of crushed garlic until translucent.
Add beans to the onion, stir, pepper and simmer over low heat, stirring gently constantly for 15-20 minutes.
Melt butter in the microwave.
Place the beans on a plate, pour over the melted butter, and stir.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and squeeze in garlic.
